I was very tentative about returning to the dealership after the point of sale experience with the financing department. It was horrible. However, the service department was efficient and professional about the execution of their duties of servicing my vehicle.

I came in needing repairs to my 2013 Chevy cruze. It was a day that i had to work. It was a day I had to work. The service department gave me a loaner vehicle. I decided when they advised the issues with my car it was time to look into getting another vehicle. Sales team member Jed Adams was absolutely awesome. I was very nervous about the process. Everyone that assisted Jed was nice, helpful and as excited for me as I was. Every time I come to the location to clean out my old car, sign documents the staff great me. I have already expressed to friends and family that this is the location that I will do all my car buying needs from. Great process.
