I am good with the service and explanation I received from Alex the Andy Mohr service rep. I AM NOT happy with GM/Chevrolet. I came in for the second time for warranty work on a shuttering experience on my one year old Camaro. The response and fix so far is not acceptable from Chevrolet. I am extremely disappointed in their "quote fix", which seems like a temporary repair of changing the transmission fluid AGAIN. What damage am I doing to my vehicle? Seems like they don't have a clue and only what to extend the repair so they do not have to do an actual fix of the problem. I have been a very loyal Chevrolet customer for my whole life and this is changing that perspective.
