I had a 1pm appointment and I arrived about 20 minutes early; they got me right in and I was out by 1:20 pm. Everyone that I interfaced with was great and the service was great. It is about and hour drive for me to come up to your dealership; because of the service I'll continue coming to your dealership whenever my vechicle needs service.
So I called the day after getting our vehicle and recalled that the salesman mentioned getting 250 off with a Costco membership and told him we would go get one for the savings to be applied to the care sale however it was never mentioned again and so I called and asked for Mr Sidebottom and then for Tim Eckert (I believe is his last name) and no one every called me back and that has been over a week ago. So I am disappointed that no one has called me back at all.
I came in with issue that was very troubling but Sales Manager and Service Manager were very understanding , and the service dept. especial Ashley took care of everything with the greatest service, even found something that would have put my family in jeopardy ,and fixed it , that we didn't even know was a problem . I will be sure to recommend sales and service to anyone that would ask. " most important they treated me with respect"
appt was to be at 10 am, vehicle had not been looked at by 4 pm then all of sudden oil was changed, inspection and looked for vibration all done by 5:10 after being told at 4 pm that they were 3 days behind on service would not get done that day. Little strange but worked out I guess
