The experience was pretty good. I believe my service advisors name was Brock, he was very good. He listened to everything I had to say and had some knowledge of cars which helped when I was trying to explain stuff. The only issue I had this time was the length it took. I made an appointment on Thursday July 30th and they didn't get to even look at my car until the following week around Thursday I believe. Brock did call me ever day and let me know what was going on so that was nice. And the last thing was a loaner car. My warranty covered a loaner car but you guys didn't have anything for me to use. Which made getting back and forth to work a little bit of a chore. I understand with covid that sort of thing might be a little challenging for you guys, but it still sucked for me and my family to get back and forth to school and work. Besides that it was a pretty good experience. And I forgot the service tech. I gave him a list of things to check out that I didn't think should be the way they are ok the car and he only found 1 thing from my list. But on the other side of that. He did find something else wrong with something I had no clue was a issue. The last 2 times I've been you guys have restored a little more faith that I lost in Andy Mohr.
